We manage hundreds of units throughout the Niagara Peninsula. Originally our management service was for properties in which we had a controlling interest. At the request of other property owners, we have extended our management services on properties requiring a HIGHER standard of management and improved operating results.

We have also developed townhouse condominium projects and more recently assisted in a Limited Partnership with reorganization and financial restructuring to put them on a stable financial footing for the future
