Property Management

Joseph Tonnos & Associates Inc. has about 20 years of experience in Property Management. We provide services to Landlords, Condominium Corporations, Banks and Trust companies, co-ownership and Non Profit Housing Corporations.

FINANCIAL

  • Maintaining appropriate financial & accounting records;
  • Payment of all bills and invoices;
  • Collection of common element fees and charges;
  • Budget preparation;
  • Detailed monthly financial statements;
  • Investment of surplus funds to achieve highest rate of return;
  • Tendering and negotiating all insurance requirements.

OWNER AND RESIDENT RELATIONS

  • Answering telephone inquiries;
  • Liaison with owners, residents and management;
  • Ensuring that the Rules & Regulations are complied with;
  • Liaison with Board of Directors as to action taken against breaches of the Rules & Regulations;
  • Expert on Tenant Protection Act and other problems.

CORPORATE REPORTING

  • Attend Board of Directors meetings;
  • Record minutes of all meetings;
  • Distribute financial data, agendas, minutes and relevant correspondence to Directors;
  • Inform Directors of all contracts, reports and studies;
  • Analysis of financial reports;
  • Assist the Board of Directors in the decision-making process.
